a hometest for Pratt(an art school in NY)...
I decided to use a black pen since I thought using a pencil is
quite banal..
It was really difficult to draw w/ a pen though.

Awesome artwork! I agree with you;drawing in pen is a really hard (especially if you are not used to it). Are bicycles and shoes considered common "difficult" subjects in the art community?
yes... drawing bicycle is really tough.
Especially a hometest for RISD is infamous for its difficulty in that
one has to re-interpret the form of bicycle into one's own style....
(fortunately, I am not applying for RISD)
