Walter is a professor in Antwarp Royal College of Art, one ofthe best fashion schools in the world. He tought Bernhard Willhelm and
he himself was really famous. While his rival, Vivienne Westwood, was busy
selling clothes, Walter concentrated on teaching.
That long one piece is one of the clothes that Walter recently designed.
It doesn't seem to be that useful, but it's very experimental and
beautiful.
